What this website collects
This website doesn't use cookies, analytics or tracking, and it has no database. The contact form and free tools run entirely in your browser. The contact form only opens your own email app, so we only receive what you choose to send us by email or phone.
Our hosting provider (Microsoft Azure) may process standard technical data such as IP addresses in server logs to deliver and secure the website.
How we use your information
We use the details you send us to respond to your enquiry, provide our services, and keep business records we're legally required to keep. We don't sell or share your information for marketing.
Storage and security
Emails and business records are stored in Microsoft 365 with access limited to people who need it. We keep information only as long as we need it for these purposes or as required by law.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you. Email support@cloudcc.nz. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
